Mission Statement
Australian Skin Cancer Clinics provides Australians with caring, accessible and efficient service in the early detection, diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer and melanoma. We are committed to providing continuity of care and building long term customer relationships through high levels of patient care and confidence in our service.
Australian Skin Cancer Clinics fosters a culture of learning and caring where openness, information sharing, creativity and empathy are encouraged, recognised and rewarded. We seek to provide an environment in which well-trained staff are valued and respected for the quality of service and excellence of care they deliver.

Come and Join Us
Australian Skin Cancer Clinics offers medical practitioners a great place in which to practice and develop their skills with strong earning potential.
You can complement your work in general practice or other related fields of medicine.
We offer modern facilities, flexible arrangements, professional support and access to training, without being locked into long term contracts.

Flexible Arrangements
Each of the doctors practicing at Australian Skin Cancer Clinics is an independent contractor.
We do not require you to see a particular number of patients. Doctors have full discretion to exercise their professional judgement as to the manner in which medical services are performed.
We offer you flexible working hours to best suit your lifestyle. Many doctors practicing with us are parents who opt to work school hours in order to spend more time with their children. Others are retired specialists who wish to do limited hours to suit their lifestyle.

Professional Support
We employ and train professional reception, supervisory, accounting and administrative staff. This allows you to apply most of your time to patient care rather than administration and other non compensated work.
Our online HIC claims and collections system allows us to pay you in a timely manner, directly to your nominated account.
We use well developed quality assurance processes and clinical indicator reviews to maintain a high quality service and excellent clinical outcomes.

Clinical Support
Australian Skin Cancer Clinics (ASCC) has a formal induction training program. This training is compulsory for all new doctors and feedback regarding the program is very positive. All costs associated with this training (including accommodation and travel) are covered by ASCC.
Doctors joining a clinic will train with Dr Bruce Williamson who practices at our Balgowlah Clinic in Sydney. Dr Williamson has been with ASCC for 11 years and has an MBBS Hons and a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from the University of Wales - College of Medicine. He is the President of the NSW Branch of the Skin Cancer Society of Australia.
