Location and Parking

Previously Australian Skin Cancer Clinics - South Brisbane, our professional and caring Doctors and Staff have relocated to our brand new location, now called Australian Skin Cancer Clinics - Annerley.

Our new clinic is located on Waterton Street just down from the Ipswich Road and Waterton Street intersection, opposite Hungry Jacks. Plenty of parking is available.

We are now able to offer patients imaging services with our brand new Heine Cube which allows Doctors to record and monitor lesions.

Fees and Payments

Our Standard consultation fee is $90 of which you will receive a partial rebate from Medicare.

Treatments and procedures (excluding cosmetic) are bulk billed at the discretion of the treating Doctor.

All government concession card holders and DVA are fully bulk billed.

Payment methods are Cash and EFT. Amex and cheques are not accepted

Dr Hatem Alkureshy is an experienced Full Time Skin Cancer Doctor. He is a Fellow of the Skin Cancer College Australasia and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners; with Masters in Skin Cancer and diplomas and certificates in Practical Dermatology, Skin Cancer Surgery, Skin Cancer Medicine, and Paediatric Medicine.

Dr Heather Lawson

Heather graduated from Otago University in 1981 and worked for many years as a GP. In 2008, she decided to pursue her interest in skin cancer medicine. She has completed a Diploma of Dermascopy, and then the Diploma of Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery. Heather worked in a Cairns Skin Cancer Clinic since 2008, but moved in early 2017 to Brisbane. In her spare time, Heather enjoys crafts/sewing and photography.
