Location and Parking

Parking is available at the front of the clinic and also down the side of the building on the main driveway to the Business Park, just look for No. 2 on the asphalt.

The 811 or 812 buses stop outside the clinic and travel from the Cheltenham and Mentone stations on the Frankston line. The 767 bus from Southland Shopping Centre also runs past the clinic, just alight at the Waves Leisure Centre.

Fees and Payments

Our standard consultation fee is $130 for private patients and $80 for Pensioners. Of this, you will receive a partial rebate from Medicare which will be submitted on your behalf by the Reception team.

Payment methods accepted: Cash, Eftpos, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard). Please note we do not accept American Express or Cheques.

Dr Tim Lynch

Dr Lynch graduated from the University of Queensland in 2004 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Tim now calls Melbourne home after moving from Brisbane in 2013.

He has worked extensively in Skin Cancer Medicine since 2009 and has completed further qualifications with the University of Queensland in Skin Cancer Medicine and Skin Cancer Surgery. He is also a Member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.

Dr Michelle Pearse

Dr Michelle Pearse MBChB FACSCM FSCCA graduated from the University of Auckland Medical School in 1990 and moved to Queensland in 2000, where she has since worked exclusively in Skin Cancer Medicine.

In 2012 Dr Pearse received her Fellowship of the Australian College of Skin Cancer Medicine and in 2013 received her Fellowship of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. As a Fellow, Dr Pearse is extremely familiar with all forms of Melanoma and Non Melanoma Skin Cancers and has a special interest in complicated flaps and grafts and dermatological surgery of the head and lower limbs.

Sarah Smith - Practice Nurse

Sarah studied Nursing at The Alfred Hospital from 1989-1992, after completing a Science Degree at Monash University.

Sarah currently works Part Time at Monash Medical Centre as an ANUM on a busy Cardiothoracic Ward and also Part Time as one of the Practice Nurses at Cheltenham Skin Cancer Clinic. In 2016 she completed a Certifcate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine with the University of Queensland and enjoys the close relationship she develops with patients from all walks of life.

Sarah is married with 2 teenage boys. She enjoys football (especially the Pies!!), going to live shows and following her racehorse.

Phyllis Li - Practice Nurse

Phyllis completed her BA of Nursing in 2008 at Deakin University. Following this, she continued her Graduate year and employment with Monash Medical Centre in a variety of settings. Phyllis joined Cheltenham Skin Cancer Clinic in 2016 as a Practice Nurse and really enjoys working as a team to provide holistic, evidence based care to her patients. In addition, Phyllis is a Registered Nurse Immuniser in Victoria and is an advocate of health prevention, promotion and mental well being.

She lives with her husband, young son and their pet rabbit. In her spare time you will find her taking photos or digging in the garden.

Dr Tony Dicker

Dr Dicker has been working in Skin Cancer Medicine since 1999, including 9 years in Brisbane. He obtained his Medical Degree from Monash University in 1989 and completed his PhD in Molecular Biology of Skin Cancer at the University of Queensland in 2001.  He is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA).  Dr Dicker is a Senior Lecturer with the University of Queensland School of Medicine.

Dr Geith Yonis

Dr Geith Yonis grew up on the sunny Mediterranean coast of Libya. He graduated from Medical School at the top of his class in 2006, and then moved to Australia to further his career and settle with his young family.

Geith holds a Masters Degree in Surgical Science from the University of Edinburgh and is a member the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, as well as the Skin Cancer College Australasia, the International Dermoscopy Society and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He is also currently enrolled in a Research Doctorate at La Trobe University studying the management of melanoma in Australian General Practice.

Having done almost 10 years of surgical training as well as further training in skin cancer diagnosis and management, he is very pleased to bring those skills to general practice work to help achieve the best possible outcomes in primary care skin cancer prevention, diagnosis and management.
