Dr David Nicholson
Dr David Nicholson obtained his medical degree from Monash University in 1997 and has been working in skin cancer medicine since 2004. He has completed a Diploma of Dermoscopy and further qualifications in skin cancer surgery.
When not working, David enjoys all things outdoors, and is happily married with two lovely children.
Dr Sally McIlroy
Dr Sally McIlroy completed her medical training at the University of Melbourne in 1992 followed by further training in general practice. She is a fellow of the RACGP.
In the last four years she has undertaken further training in skin cancer medicine and surgery, and now works exclusively in this area.
Outside work, her interests include swimming, tai chi, mindfulness and spending time with her family.
Dr Jenny Altermatt
Dr Jenny Altermatt studied at Melbourne University and Royal Melbourne Hospital, as well as completed further studies in Women’s Health and Children’s Health in the UK.
Dr Altermatt has now been working in Skin Cancer for over 8 years, also working part time as a GP. Dr Altermatt’s interests include spending time with her family and dogs, as well as yoga, skiing and keeping generally active and well.
Dr Jason Ha
Dr Jason Ha is a graduate from the University of Melbourne. He has spent time working at St Vincent's Hospital and Monash Health. Jason has done further training in skin cancer medicine and surgery with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. He enjoys travel, photography and playing music.
Dr Grace Ho
MBBS, BMedSci, FRACGP, Dip Skin Cancer Med, Dip Dermoscopy
Dr Grace Ho obtained her medical qualifications from the University of Melbourne. She worked in a variety of hospitals and general practices across Victoria before pursuing her interest in skin cancer medicine. Grace has obtained a Diploma of Skin Cancer Medicine and a Diploma of Dermoscopy, as well as university-certified qualifications in Skin Cancer Surgery.
She regularly attends skin cancer conferences and masterclasses for professional development. She enjoys teaching GP registrars about dermoscopy and is particularly interested in the early detection and treatment of skin cancer for her patients.
Outside of medicine, Grace enjoys the outdoors as well as playing tennis.
